So my friend who came here from Australian is having a problem with her phone, she gets 2 numbers one of them is an international one which is the number she RECIEVES texts from starting with 00114475xxxxxxxx, if she replies to this number she gets charged internation text rates, yet its to UK number..
If she SENDS a text to the normal 075xxxxxxx uk style number she can send them and I actually get them and they are free as part of her o2 package.
When I call her also the number that comes up on her phone is the standard UK 075xxxxxxx one
Just puzzled how I some how seem to be texting via some sort of international method even though the number I use is the usual 075xxxxxxx method I don't add any fancy codes or such in front of it, even though my phone changes it to +447 instead of 07 which I know happens to any number.
I have a samsung galaxy s3 bought in the UK, she has a samsung s2 bought from Australia if that matters
We both are using a UK sim card/number
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it so it is just one number (the non international version) she can text/call?
