02 prepaid visa card

I have an 02 prepaid visa card and have tried using it on line I have emailed 02 and have had no response

The o2 PrePaid Visa was discontinued a long time ago...

O2 are only issuing MasterCard as part of deals, and you will need to call the card issuer if you are having any issues using the card.. the number is on the back of the card...

Hi pgn the £300 e-card (I can only use it online) was issued to me last week as part of a new contract deal. However there is no name (i.e. mine) or expiry date on the e-card so when prompted by a vendor I can't provide the necessary details.

Hi mad you are quite correct it is a mastercard. However it is an e-card with no name or expiry date on it so I am not able to prvide those details to a vendor.
