I have been a happy 02 customer for years.  I have two lines I use.  One is my mother’s.  She is 93.  She has been given 6-12 months to live.  She has af.   Cancer and dementia.  She will now be going into a home.  Never to use the phone again.  Yes she I have a contract.  However I’ve asked 02 to cancel this.  And they will only do so with full payment being made.  I am looking to put this information on as many sites as I can as I feel it’s very uncaring to a 93 year old with said conditions.  I’m looking to leave 02 on this grounds when my contract finishes.  As I feel they have made no effort to support a 93 year old terminal Ill lady.

Not sure who you spoke to (I can guess) but they are wrong.
