Incoming call history

Anonymous
Not applicable

Under section 7 of the data protection act. I have the rights to access my incoming call history from my mobile phone. I spoke to one of your clients on the phone earlier and she told me that i would be unable to access my incoming call history to my phone as they cannot access this. I need all my incoming calls made to my phone from 06/04/2017. This is of high relevance and importance as i am in the process of a work dispute and need this evidencing as part of an investigation.

Please respond as soon as possible.

Regards

Rob

If you are on contract, you can view the details in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If on PAYG, you need to request the info via a SAR (Subject access request) http://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Have you considered trying TU Go? It might pull back historic call records and messages from the network on the date you need. It could be a faster way to get the info rather than pay for a subject access request.

To use Tugo you need a contract, therefore the info will be available in MyO2

IF you need your incoming call details, you will a) need to be owner of the contract b) complete a Data Subject request to o2 , and pay the statutory fee of £10

My o2 won't show incoming call data.
