Hi,
Despite having a balance on my O2 international extras, each time I try to call the international access number 0203 505 0202, I get this pre-recorded message, "The number you have called is not recognised, please check the number, if you need help please call the operator on 100 from your mobile" and the call drops off.
Is anyone having the same problem out there? I have tried ringing O2 contact centre for help, but the staff is just clueless on their services and they keep tossing me from pillar to post.

Well the number you are calling is correct so if it's not working you will have to persevere with O2 Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Try 0203 505 0202 again today though... you my find it is working now?
