priority moments on a lumia 800

Morning all,

Haveing a problem here. Just moved from using an android phone to windows 7.5 with o2, so the phone itself is unbranded and unlocked - the o2 sim card is a contract one.

Have been using priority moments a lot with my past android and do know that theres a win phone app for it too. however, I can't find it in the marketplace (have heard that it is hidden).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

okay, a bit more info for you. I managed to get to the app page, but it says that it is not available for my phone. I have updated my settings, made sure o2 settings are all now installed as well as confirming that the OS is up to date. I know someone else here has had the same issue. Can anyone help me out???

anyone got an idea about this? I've now just about managed to get prioirty moments via web sorted (it's pretty ugly and I'm sure there's some moments not listed)... but still can't get the actual app.

Can I even ask if anyone has managed to get this installed on their lumia 800 with an o2 contract tarrif?

I would email Nokia support and get a definitive answer from them. I have found them to be very helpful in my Nokia owning days.

Apparently the O2 branded Lumia has the app built in so it must be available somewhere.

Perksie, I don't think this is true as I can get so far as to see the windows app but it won't let me download it.

Jonsie - thanks for this - seems a little strange that the windows app appears at all then if it is tied into the o2 branding. I would have thought my ability to use the app was based on having an o2 contract as opposed to a branded phone but there you go.

Will try going down the nokia route!

Hi ,  I use a Lumia 800 which has the up to date firmware (1750.0805.8773.12220 ) and OS version (7.10.8773.98) and managed to down load o2 priority moments app from market place. It does seem to work ok for me .  I wonder if you already have this app somewhere on your phone which is why you don't get the option to down load. It would only leave you with the option to share if this is the case.  The only other info I can add is that my phone is a CV version UK .
