@parminder_43 You won't get through to O2 during this crisis for this issue. You're more likely to get help from Huawei.

Have you gone into the mifi control panel and checked if WiFi is turned on?
Have you set the O2 APN?
Lots of things in setup that could be effecting it's operation.
