Device do not read the sim card

Huawei P30Pro
Device stop reading the sim card.

I have cleaned card and spot.
Turned off and on the phone few times.
I have Tried to set up flying mode.

Finally switched card with my partner device.
My device can't read both cards
Her device read them.

My plan is pay monthly for 3 years since November 2019

Any chance to get help from o2

I have moved to Germany few months ago and I use diferent card( not o2 card)

For o2 to help you need to be in the UK.

I would make contact with Huawei via there German support team, and see if they can help.
