Hi,
I upgraded my phone with o2 in Jan 2023 and since then my Apple Watch Series 7 cellular will not work. I took the watch in October 2021 and it worked fine until I swapped phones and sims. I have been back and to with o2 since January and they seem to now have stopped phoning me and cannot offer any solution. Has anyone else had this resolved?
I am now tempted to go to the financial ombudsman because I raised a complaint and just got told the only solution was to return the watch and they will wipe off the remaining balance but then I am out of pocket and watch less at the end? I just want it to work!!!
I have tweeted to no reply, been told complaints can’t help more than above because it is with ‘tech’ but this mystery ‘tech’ team are unable to be spoken to and when you phone customer service they can’t put you through to the people who have been phoning me every 2 weeks to ask for what error code I am receiving 🙈
