Upgrade Apple Watch

I have had an on going issue with my upgrade Apple watch not showing / connecting to my Cellular plan.

 

I first contacted o2 on the 9th of Jan and have had no support after spending 32 hours on the phone and going Instore. There complaints team have also been no support

 

Any ideas what I can do!!
