have lumia 550 cant send or recevie photos .took phone to guru in shop .she couldn`t fix it,suggested i use whatsapp to send pohtos.i dont want do that. found bx2 smart app via microsoft got in touch with them .after long talk they say i need to go back to 02 to fix, any body have any clue about this.have tried most of the morning to contact 02

Also read this guide as you have to have the correct settings for MMS on 02 https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Devices/MMS-Settings-for-Win-8-10-Phones/td-p/995868

Though at 45p a message and relying on the recipient having MMS set up correctly too, you are better off using

Gmail/Google Drive sharing 

WhatsApp 

Flickr

Or paying for a Photobucket sharing account.

All much more reliable

Also you need to speak to 02 customer services on 202 or 4445 (PAYG) to make sure you are provisioned for MMS & photo messaging.   This might prove challenging as you will then be dependant on someone earning around a tenner a day knowing or caring what MMS provisioning is.
