Yes unless its the usb only verson which will only work in a laptop. If it's the hot spot or WiFi version then the TV can be set up to connect wirelessly - without the need for a hub or adaptor but smart TV wlan antennas are rubbish.. so you are better off attaching a WiFi adapter to the TV lan port and hooking that up to the dongle hot spot .
The TV's usb port won't accept a dongle or adapter except to power it (badly) so the adaptor HAS to be wifi to ethernet like this one https://tinyurl.com/ydynlotk with an ethernet cable, plugged into the TV's ethernet / LAN port.
You need a laptop/pc to configure the adapter ( turn off wifi / pull out the ethernet cable and plug in the adapter to the LAN port and open a browser, you should see the adapters configuration page - use that to hook up to the dongle and test to make sure you the laptop/pc is back online to the outside world via the dongle.)
Then plug the adapter into the TV and set the tv to wired ethernet not wireless.
It will use around 15 GB data a day. So you might want to investigate getting wifi access instead. Tho all the Smart TV caveats still apply; they are much happier wired up to an ethernet LAN or an adapter.

Yes but you’ll need a huge amount of data and you’d need to use a WiFi hub too at a guess.
