o2 (Mobile Contract) took about £85 from my account after the contract has been finished!!! Absolute Rubbish Customer Service. I STILL WAITING 14 DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK !!! I had to speak to FIVE people ! RUBBISH SERVICE AND SUPPORT !

As MI5 says, a refund normally takes 14 working days unless they have agreed to a special payment?

Refunds normally take 14 days.

If you want clarification then I would advise you contact customer services on 202 from an o2 mobile or 0844 809 0202

Just a thought but you haven't changed your bank account since last July have you?

If you have then payment may have gone back to that account? ?? Just a thought
