not getting texts

Hi everyone, Just bought a Nokia3310 mobile. I do'nt want the Internet or anything fancy. I've received texts from o2 & from various friends On different networks, but the most important person who I keep in touch with cannot send me texts. Although he is with o2. Has anyone the answer please!

Hi everyone, sorry not to have got back to you all sooner but have had a lot of things going wrong! Everything ok with the mobile now & yes, I had accidently blocked my friend. was not used to the phone & at my age It takes longer for things to kick In. I took the mobile to the 02 shop which Is a 50mile round trip to get it sorted. So now am very happy with my new mobile which Is on 02 pay as you go. Thanx once again. xxx
