I have a new Doro dumb phone - O2 took £30 straight off my pay and go to pay for internet bundles - how do I get a refund?

If you don't use internet, O2 is probably not for you and refunds are not given.

If you call 4445 you may be able to switch to the £5 call and text only bundle, but no guarantees.

Otherwise there may be cheaper options with other networks.
