can anybody help please, my stupid phone is just back from being fixed...my sim was in a loaner phone and had most of my contacts on, I added the missing ones thinking they would be available when it went back into the stupid phone...none of them are there..I dont want to stand for hours in the shop while they try to sort it..ive spent hours there already...does anyone know how to get them back... the stupid phone is a windows..lumina..

Factory reset your phone, then when you log back in to set it up it will ask you if you want to restore your backup, which will have all your contacts saved.
