Solved: Unlocking device from O2 problems

I requested for my previous iPhone to be unlocked from O2 so I could use my sim card from a different provider in it but I received an email saying that I provided the wrong Mobile Number. I accidentally put the request through under a different mobile number and not the mobile number that the phone was originally used with. Can someone help me get this sorted as soon as possible?
