I have a Samsung SM-B550H locked to O2. I requested an unlocking code from O2 and entered it into the phone so I can use other sim cards. The phone is still unable to work on other sim cards apart from the O2 card. I have no error message. I called Samsung for help and spent nearly 1 hour on chat and Samsung could not help and asked me to speak to O2. Can anyone help how I can unlock the phone? Do I need a defreeze code or any other code? And do I need to request unlocking code again if I have entered it too many times.
