Hello there!!!

I would like your precious help!! I have a pay & go program in my Blackberry, which I bought last year on 3rd of December. When I ask an expert of O2 by chatting online, he told me that I have to wait one year and then I have to fill a form. I have just done it and I would like to ask how long does it take to answer me about the procedure.

O2 will unlock a payg phone after it has been connected for 12 months for a cost of £15. You might have to wait another few weeks but make sure have £15 credit and if they take it then usually within a few days you will get an email with the unlock code and instructions.

If you have already submitted the form it's likely you will receive notification that the unlock has been rejected. Resubmit it after the 12 month period.
