Top-up issues (partial screen break)

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hey there. I am attempting to top up my phone (Windows 530) with a top-up credit voucher since my phone did not come with a top-up card. I have minor crack in the base of the screen, and it prevents part of the screen from working (not all) stopping me from entering certain numbers on the keypad (e.g. 4 and 7) which are in the code. Is there any other way I could top-up with this voucher, or would I have to use a different method or even purchase a new phone?

The phone is functional enough to text (albeit to access the keys the phone has to be rotated 180 degress to get to areas).

Apologies for my lack of clarification.

You could try calling cs to see if they can process the voucher for you but in future use another method or get the screen fixed slight_smile

No worries, I like the bit about shortcode dialing from abroad.
