Hi,

I've been reading elsewhere about others having similar problems for the last 24/36 hours.  that and sim cards only half registering.  I have read that there could be a backlog due to the issues suffered by o2's it systems.  Best advice is to keep switching your phone off/on every hour orso.  if you call o2, you will likely end up in a long Q due to the number of calls they will be receiving because of yesterday/today's outage.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.  The number process does usually just take an hour, they say 24 to cover themselves in case it takes longer.  Obviously today is not your average day for them.

Regards

U may have noticed a big **bleep** up recently.

This seems to be delaying SIM updates.

Hopefully this is resolved now.
