Solved: Restoration of conversation

I have a Lumia 950 phone with Windows 10

I stupidly deleted the conversation text thread with my daughters. Is there a way to restore these?

Check if you have text messages set to back up in settings.
If you do, factory reset the phone then when you log back in, choose to restore your last back up.
