Hi ive been on the phone to o2 this morning as I've been given a 4g galaxy active 2 watch for my birthday. I want to purchase a data tariff for it but the woman on the phone flatly refused to sort it out saying she knew nothing about it and couldn't put me through to anyone that did. Can anyone help me? Can I buy it online and if so how? Thanks

Phone staff aren't trained for this and is usually only available in store, when they are open.
You could keep trying to call as some advisors may know, but otherwise, wait for stores to open again.
