Not sure if anyone else has had the same problem, but with the latest version of O2 Priority moments, not all of the icons load on the left hand side of the application, if the application shows the actual icon (such as for example the Halfords badge) then the application allows a press, and the priority moments item can be opened and used. For all of the other items, (usually the good ones..) the icons stay blue with the original category icon.. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application three times to no avail. My colleague had the same problem with his Blackberry 9300, with his, he was asked to agree to certificates about 100 times, not sure if there is a certificate or key store per item causing the problem? Perhaps a trust setting? Any ideas welcomed, my wifes Iphone works wonderfully 😕 thanks all, Ash

I'll try and remember to give this a go on my old 9700 tonight...although will need to do some jiggerypokery because it doesnt have a valid SIM in it!
Does Priority Moments work when you go onto the website in the phone browser?

Okay, I've fired up the 'ol 9700 checked BlackBerry World and searched for the O2 Priority Moments app...and the search returned no results!
Have O2 decided that the app isn't for 9700 owners any more?

Not sure if it would make a difference but BBOS 5 or 6?

Thanks for your responses.
The link https://wap.o2.co.uk/prioritymoments on the phone returns with "sorry cannot find the page you are looking for."
The BB version is os6, and worked fine with prior releases but not this one.
I suspect it is either permissions, or that the developers assume everyone has a newer phone. I am trying to find an older version to load, but appworld makes this virtually impossible.
Thanks again, Ash

Sorry, my bad, the correct address should be https://wap.o2.co.uk/prioritymoments/
I actually checked BlackBerry World on my PC last night and it does list the O2 Priority Moments App as being available for all legacy BBOS device that it has supported previously...including the 9700 so no idea why it wouldnt appear for me when I searched for it!
Is this something that one of our moderators or O2 employees that visit the community could escalate to the correct team?
