Nokia Lumia 735 Xmas bundle

Hi there i just purchased a lumia 735 from the 02 store and can't seem to claim my bundle the microsoft website says unavailable .

 

is this some sort of con?

They replied to me within a couple of days and the bundle came over the Xmas period,took about a week to come.

 

However, the speaker only works if you push the 3.5mm jack hard into any 3.5mm jack socket and the wireless charger just keeps flashing and does not charge up my phone,so after all it isnt really worth the extra effort to get the bundle .

@Anonymous  They usually reply to emails within a week (according to another poster) I would presume everything should be back to normal tomorrow after the Christmas and New year closures
