Hi, I have a mobile router.  I have a sim.  I cannot get them to work and have tried everything I can google, are there any gurus out there who can help me step by step??

Thanks Martin, I'm really sorry I wanted to like o2 but the phone service was surly, the chat help was awful, I was pushed from pillar to post and given duff information about services.  I brought an EE sim and had it working within 3 minutes.  So I'm afraid o2 didn't get me.  Thank you for the reply though, keep safe.  Jon.
