Hi
I tried to access my app today but keep getting the message "Gone! Setup of account has changed. This mobile number is no longer part of this account." Tried restarting phone but still the same message.
I only have one mobile number and it shows when I sign in to O2 website.
What has gone wrong?

Hi guys, sorry that you’re having some issues with My O2 . As you may have suspected, we’re experiencing a huge increase in website traffic today with people looking to get a new iPhone. As a result, we have temporarily limited the functionality of some services such as My O2 to help ease congestion.
We’re slowly bringing full services back so please do try again a little later unless its already becoming normal again as some of you have just said :).

Getting the same thing. If you log into my O2 via the website its all gone a bit wierd there too. Me thinks there may be some issues on O2's side
