Hi,
I have an o2 pocket hotspot which is working fine. My iPhone connects without a problem but all of a sudden my Macbook has stopped working with it. It shows as connected but it won't download mail and says I am not connected to the internet. It was previously working fine.
There have been no changes to the Macbook and the o2 tech support can't come up with an answer. It makes sense that the issue must be with the Macbook as the iPhone works fine.
Is there anyone else who has had this issue and managed to solve it?

have you removed the network for the hotspot from the mac and then tried re-adding the network?

Yes I've tried that and it doesn't work. It's odd as the Macbook was working fine.
