Hi All

I cannot receive mms picture messages i have 2 X lumia 925's one works great the other wont receive mms firstly it would say get content media on the message so i reset it now it just texts me a link to go online to retrieve the message, i got email settings from o2 to manually input but they dont make sense anyone else have this issue.

Call customer service to. check MMS is provisioned on your account.

Contacted them and they said MMS settings at their and all ok

If they have sent the settings you need to put them into the phone in the network connections settings.

Spoke to o2 got the settings still doesnt work geting really annoyed now anyone got anymore suggestions is it a faulty mobile

Not usually. Its either phone or account settings.
