Since purchasing the phone in 2022 I have been experiencing problems with the signal and making/receiving calls why is this I have been into my local store numerous times to try solve this but it's ongoing issue can you suggest any thing i am considering changing network.

I would start by contacting Xiaomi and getting them to do some remote diagnostics on the phone, and if still in warranty getting them to repair it..
It might also be worth looking on any of the Xiaomi forums and seeing If anyone else has had these issues.
I take the store have tried a new SIM card? What happens when you put your sim in a different phone?
