So I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2, received an out of stock alert, then received an email basically saying they'd despatched my order. What was delivered today? An envelope with nothing but a leaflet inside. What can I do here?

O2 Support is an absolute rubbish systemI have tried to chat with someone but a could not. I spent 30 minutes on the O2 site and this is chaos. The chat with the rubbish Aura robot is really bad, time-waster!!!! How can I speak with a human????????

The past few days at the top of my phone it is showing WiFi and 4g at the same time.. it has never done this before. So is it using both my data and connecting to WiFi??
