It shouldn't happen. Did you sign without reading it?
Either way call customer service and cancel of you don't want it and ask for the premiums to be refunded.

It looks like it was added in error by back office, but not to worry. If you ring customer services they will put u trough to O2 insure to cancel it. If it's less than 14 days there are no charges. Hope this helps
