I have just upgraded my BB 9900 since it no longer connects to the internet via O2 so I bought a BB KEYone my problem is how do transfer the data from 9900 to KEYone . I dont think the standard BB Desk Top software is going to work since it does not have the same OS as the KEYone .

If there is no software available can I take or post the handsets to some company that can transfer the data .

Cheers

Ok my OS system over here on my lap top is windows 7 and my current BlackBerry Desk top system is BlackBerry Device Manager Version 8.0.0.55 if I plug in my KEYONE all I get is USB Device Not Recognised which I understand is because the OS system is not the same as 9900 .

I did try the links you gave but MS wont let one of them run As for the other down link all seems well .Until you try to down load the ap then you get   " Unable to find the link "

@sub101ukit might be better if you upgrade your PC to Win 10. Or borrow a friends Win 10 PC to do the job you are trying to do? Just a suggestion....

The update from this end is I contacted O2 and they gave me this link //appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/59981099/?lang=en&countrycode=UK

So I will see how we get on however the other problem I have found is the KEYone uses a Nano Sim card and not a standard Sim that a 9900 uses so looks like a trip down to my local O2 shop .From talking to them its a free change over .

So will let you know how we get on ..

It would seem you cant down load this ap on your LapTop , You need to down load this ap straight to your handset so I cant do a thing until I get a Nano Sim card and get the KEYone working .

So I will see if the O2 shop can transfer the data from my 9900 to my KEYone but this is starting to be a nightmare .

Cheers for now

The update on how to move data from your old BB 9900 to your BB KEYone in the end I went to a O2 shop about 20 miles away since none of the staff and my local O2 shop knew how to do it .

So slowly learning about the KEYone as its nothing like my good old 9900 .

Cheers
