How to transfer Data From BB 9900 to BB KEYone

I have just upgraded my BB 9900 since it no longer connects to the internet via O2 so I bought a BB KEYone my problem is how do transfer the data from 9900 to KEYone . I dont think the standard BB Desk Top software is going to work since it does not have the same OS as the KEYone .

If there is no software available can I take or post the handsets to some company that can transfer the data .

Many Thanks for the new link yes I had a look at it and I did have throught that one had bought out a new desk top ap to do the same job as the BB Desk top ap I used for the 9900 .

It its the same format as the BB 9900 it should be straight forward . I will try it over the weekend and let you know how I get on .

Sorry but this might sound mad but I have tried to find the BB desk top desk top ap to down load but cant find the software . I have been https://us.blackberry.com/ but cant see the same page as you .

Can you give me a URL that I can go straight to down load this ap but looking at the ap it looks like the same desk top ap I use with my BB 9900 .All I can see on us.blackberry .com is this . If I go to the UK BB site and click on Aps I see this which one do I need .

Many thanks for all your help I have also contacted BlackBerry UK , From what I have seen all I need the the BB Desk Top ap and should be able to down load all the data from the BB 9900 and load it into the KEYone .

If someone knows the URL were I can find the ap please let me know as its clear that it is available but finding the ap is the problem .

Thanks again if BB uk do give me a URL for the Desk Top ap I will post it on here as there must be many people who are upgrading there hand sets .

Many thanks for the URLs for a Desk Top Ap I think the first one is the one I use for a 9900 but the second URL might be the desk top ap that I want I will down load and install . The other thing that might happen is as soon as I plug in my KEYone it might find the desk top for me , I will see what happens and let you know as there must be thousands of people who are upgraded there handsets so they all want to transfer all the contacts , Mail + Text across to there new hand set .
