Hi @Jooz ,
I was told the same about needing to go to a store for the eSim madness when I used the online chat. I have since called and spoken to at least 6 different people over the last week, but I have been sent the eSim voucher that has the QR code, so they can send it to you with next day delivery.
However, I am still struggling to get it all to work and no one seems to really know what the exact process is. Hoping I get this resolved in the next 24 hours.
