Best  thing to do is look at this guide and speak to o2 via Social Media... Activate Apple Watch Guide

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Did you take a look at the guide: Activate Apple Watch Guide @Bmw330ds?

Sometimes we never hear back, but maybe @AlexDelany will drop by and let you know. Good luck!

Hello @AlexDelany I had the same issue few months ago and what helped me was to contact O2 Customer Support first to reset my Apple Watch account - this removes 08 error, then unpair Apple Watch. After your watch is unpaired, contact O2 to replace/swap your SIM card (eSIM or plastic SIM - depends which one you use) and when you got your new SIM installed in your iPhone - pair your watch again and it should work. It did for me! Good luck slight_smile

Good one, @Peter_L - I have tagged the forum manager and current acting manager onto this into the discussion on the Activate Apple Watch Guide - maybe see if it makes it into the guide proper at some point🤞👍🏼
