Hello. I upgraded my contract week ago for Samsung galaxy s21 ultra with earphones. My earphones hasn't been still arrived and I don't want what is going on. I would be very grateful if someone could help me. Thank you

You have to claim them yourself https://www.samsung.com/ie/galaxy-s21-buds-offer/terms/
