can I buy a watch from another place and only pay o2 for the esim tariff?

Also do o2 only support watches they sell or will any watch with cellular connectivity work?

O2 only support Apple watch and Samsung watch 3, watch 4 and active 2 and Spacetalk.

You can buy from anywhere.
