How do I get everything (contacts, texts, photo's etc) from a Microsoft Lumia into an android Nokia 3.1? 

 

The guides on O2 site don't cover Windows phones and I'm having to change from Micro to Nano SIM so nothing saved there.

Yes it will @jonsie.
As mentioned in the guide I posted above, smartswitch is now compatible many different phones.

Thought so. I used it way back when TTT Windows phones were on trial to everyone. Just wondered why the all the phaffing.....:hushed:

Tried using microsoft account, doesn't work, 2 hours today speaking to level 2 on live chat, Bluetooth method doesn't work, neither does OneDrive method, tried connecting both phones to laptop and dragging/dropping files from old phone (it only managed to extract empty folders from old phone).

 

It doesn't appear to be humanly possible, formal complaint raised.

Anyone who knows what they are doing would sort this in 5 minutes.

Complain about the absence of customer support, I don't know how to do it so I ask the supposed experts, my phone provider, they've failed miserably 4 times. 

 

If they can't, who can? 

 

Unfortunately none of the suggestions here has worked either.
