Call forwarding

 Is there a way to forward calls to a different number? I've smashed my screen and phone is unresponsive. until I can get it fixed I need to still be contactable, any ideas if I can do this?

If you can't access the phones settings yourself, call customer services and ask them to divert your number, or just take out your sim and put it in another, working phone.
