Blackberry warrenty

So I've had my phone since the 27th of April which is my birthday. Its is now the 2nd of November and some of the keys on my blackberry are'nt working. Would I still get warrenty on my blackberry? If not how do I repair it?

No, it's only manufacturing faults. If it's dropped, water damaged or due to misuse you would have to claim off insurance or pay for any repairs yourself.

It really depends on how bad it is. It is best to get in in to be looked at. If you send it to O2 they will quote you first and you can decide if you want to pay it or have the phone returned to you and go elsewhere for repairs....
