I signed up to an o2 contract 11 months for an iPhone 7 plus 32gb. The phone is having charging problems and the volume keys don't always work. Am I covered under warranty for it to be repaired, if so how do I proceed?
Thanks.

@D1c3

You get a 12 month warranty with Apple so I would give them a call https://www.apple.com/uk/

You can send it in to O2 or contact Apple for warranty repairs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If Apple advise you to return to O2 then follow the advice here
