Okay so I know this is an infamous question but I’m genuinely stumped. My iPhone won’t send any media on normal SMS, I can’t send to iPhones and androids alike. I’ve manually changed my MMS settings, mobile network settings too just like the guides say but it’s not made a difference, it still comes up with ‘not delivered’. I’ve a new iPhone 11. How do I fix this??

hi @Amelia-Lowe

Have you looked at this Support Page from Apple:

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204065#:~:text=To%20send%20a%20message%20as,data%20or%20Wi%2DFi%20....

Also check the size of the media you are trying to send as if its too big it will fail.

Go to Mobile Data, and scroll down to Max MMS size and set the:

Max MMS Data : 23456789
--
iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

@Amelia-Lowe

Do you have MMS enabled in message settings?

As they are chargeable, if you have a spend cap, it will prevent sending too.

You can call O2 to remove or adjust a spend cap Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
