Hi i will be getting an iPhone 12 i will need a new sim my current  I phone 7

the battery has gone could you please send me a new sim with my current number

No need for a new sim immediately as yours will fit.

If you want a 5g sim, pop into your local O2 store, with photo ID, and they will do it whilst you wait.

If you request one in the post,, your current sim will be disabled so you will be without service until the new one arrives.
