I too think it was very generous of o2 for the way they have handled things. I was not wanting to go on to o2 and asking lots off things I knew nothing about. I only commented as a friend had said differently. I always get my 10% back and am more than happy with it all/ I dont even know if I was effected by it all. Well done to o2. Thanks for commenting. The best of it is I more than likely wont even use the o2 voucher.
