Part time computer systems! Why on earth can it not activate a SIM card after 10PM?

I'm sticking with O2.

Once you get to know that some things can only be done at certain times it's not an issue. How often do you activate a SIM anyway? The pricing structure far outweighs any inconvenience the system maintenance brings with it.....
