how are you doing today? Having outdoor space is a blessing. But what is even nicer is sharing the beauty of your garden. If you are a passionate gardener and a wiz behind the lens or you just love to look at pretty gardens then this one is for you.
The International Garden Photographer of the Year Awards are open for entries. They are the world's premier competition and exhibition specialising in garden, plant, flower and botanical photography.
It is run in association with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, London. The main exhibition is held annually at Kew, with a rolling programme of touring exhibitions in the UK and all over the world.
The main competition closes on October 31 every year. There are 9 regular categories each year including favourites such as ‘The Beauty of Plants’, ‘Beautiful Gardens’ and ‘Abstract Views’ plus there are 4 photo projects and numerous seasonal special awards including ‘Captured at Kew’.
Entries are welcome from amateurs and professionals alike, from any country in the world - the competition as a whole attracts individual entries in excess of 20,000 annually.
