Hi 

is anyone else waiting for DHL to collect parcel from O2? Ordered the new Apple Watch and was notified delivery would be the 20th September, no sign of it as of today (21st) every time I check order status still saying waiting for carrier collection and the DHL website is not recognising the tracking number

And deliveries where never guaranteed for the 20th, it was always estimated..
