Hey everyone,

As we have some very talented photographers on the forums I thought I'd share some info about World Photography Day. World Photography Day is a day intended to inspire amateur and professional photographers alike to share images that depict the world from their view point.

"The date behind World Photo Day originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicèphore Nièpce and Louis Daguerre in 1837. On January 9, 1839, The French Academy of Sciences announced the daguerreotype process. A few months later, on August 19, 1839, the French government purchased the patent and announced the invention as a gift "Free to the World"."

You can get some more information about World Photography Day here. It would be great if you could share some of your own snaps, whether a stunning vista or a funny holiday photobomb we would love to see your best shots!

Hi @viridis ... I love your photography, its stunning, it takes me to places I'll not be able to go Thanks!

I have a question ... when your camera is attached to the drone can you see what photos it's taking whilst you are in control on the ground?

I can see what the camera sees through the app. It has all my controls and settings in that and connects via a lightbridge video feed which is good for 3 mile range.

I marvel at you Young Lord @viridis ... I had a teardrop in each eye & was a bit sniffly into my hankie ... the tinkling of the voice / piano & the imagined sound of the magic waterfall ... very emotional & professional if I may say so Fantastic

Were you taught how to do this either formally or amongst like-minded friends or by yourself?
