Hey everyone,
As we have some very talented photographers on the forums I thought I'd share some info about World Photography Day. World Photography Day is a day intended to inspire amateur and professional photographers alike to share images that depict the world from their view point.
"The date behind World Photo Day originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicèphore Nièpce and Louis Daguerre in 1837. On January 9, 1839, The French Academy of Sciences announced the daguerreotype process. A few months later, on August 19, 1839, the French government purchased the patent and announced the invention as a gift "Free to the World"."
You can get some more information about World Photography Day here. It would be great if you could share some of your own snaps, whether a stunning vista or a funny holiday photobomb we would love to see your best shots!

I'm jealous @viridis. Can I borrow the phantom please? We made this video recently for the Boma7 project and a friend's blog. It's the rider's first time:
Would love to get some drone footage too...
love the pics - I went to Wales about two weeks ago and it was misty, wet weather. We were up by Rhayader and the Elan Valley, which is a gorgeous part of the country.
Look forward to the final video edit

@Beenherebefore she is sat on it. There is also a lapbelt. Max speed is 8mph and goes anywhere.
8mph over rough ground is pretty quick......I was thinking of the wheelchair sports I've watched like basketball where some wear 2 or 3 belts in case they turn over

So true, that waterfall is like something straight out of hawaii etc, but it sits on our doorstep.
The trip was originally going to be snowdon, but strong winds above the 20mph limit for the Phantom put that off for a while.
As we arrived at the falls, a wedding was taking place, looked amazing.
We of course waited until they had finished before buzzing around.
Ever been to Northern Ireland @viridis, some stunning scenery there like this and some great shots no doubt too.
